摘要  近年研究發現，使用他汀類藥物對慢性心力衰竭的整體獲益要比降脂作用的獲益大得多，許多證據提示其具有獨立于膽固醇作用之外的非調脂作用，包括阻斷神經內分泌的過度激活、改善血管內皮功能、抗炎、抗氧化、抑制血栓形成反應、促進心肌中新生血管形成等，能有效地控制缺血性和非缺血性心衰，防止病變進展，可降低人群中慢性心力衰竭的發病率、住院率和病死率。

Abstract  Recent studies have found that the use of statins for patients with chronic heart failure have more benefit than the overall role of the lipid-lowering.Many evidences suggest that non-lipid effects independent of the role of cholesterol include blocking excessive activation of neuroendocrine, improving vascular endothelial function,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,inhibition of thrombosis and the promotion of myocardial neovascularization.It can effectively control the ischemic and non-ischemic heart failure, and prevent progress of disease, and reduce morbidity, hospitalization rates and mortality of the population of chronic heart failure.
