摘要 心肌缺血預適應是心肌缺血-再灌注損傷最有力的一種保護反應，綫粒體ATP敏感性鉀通道是介導預適應保護作用的重要環節，本文對綫粒體ATP敏感性鉀離子通道介導缺血預適應的心臟保護機制做一綜述。

Abstract Myocardial Ischemic Preconditioning is a protection of the most powerful reaction of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. A mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel is an important link which mediated the protective effect of preconditioning.
