摘要 心率變异性指逐次心搏周期之間的微小波動變化。心率變异性的檢測是觀察和評價心臟自主神經病變的一種非侵入性檢測手段，臨床上可用于預測心梗後心源性猝死、評估心血管疾病預後，以及判斷某些全身性疾病如糖尿病的自主神經病變。本文綜述了心率變异性的機制和研究方法，幷總結其臨床應用的最新進展。

Heart rate variability and the progress of tis clinical application

Abstract Heart rate variability(HRV) is the temporal variation between sequences of consecutive heartbeats. The measure of HRV is a method to observe and evaluate the pathological changes of the cardiac sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system. It has emerged clinically as a tool for predicting sudden cardiac death, prognosis of cardiovascular disease,and evaluating the alteration of autonomic nervous system in some disease such as diabetes. This artical aim to briefly review the mechanism and investigation of HRV,and to summarize the latest progress of its clinical application.
