摘要 目的 探討Nikaidoh+Lemcompte術在複雜先天性心臟病左右流出道重建中的應用。方法 對6例複雜先天性心臟病患兒行Nikaidoh+Lemcompte術（其中2例爲右室雙出口，4例爲完全大動脉轉位）觀察治療效果。結果 其中4例解剖矯正術後恢復良好，治愈出院。一例術後反復有胸腔積液，經反復引流和胸膜固定後治愈出院。其中一例因術後低心排，不能脫機死亡。結論 Nikaidoh+Lemcompte術是解剖矯治部分複雜先心畸形，特別是部分右室雙出口及完全大動脉轉位的有效手術方式之一。

Abstract Objective Nikaidoh + Lemcompte procedure was used in some of the complex anatomy of a congenital heart disease to evaluate the application and result of this kind of surgical treatment. Methods Six patients with complex congenital heart disease in children (including 2 cases of double outlet right ventricle, 4 cases of complete transposition of the great arteries) were operated using Nikaidoh + Lemcompte procedure.Results four cases after anatomical correction recovered well. One case suffered repeated pleural effusion,was cured after pleural drainage and fixation . One case dead postoperatively of low cardiac output syndrome. Conclusion The procedure of nikaidoh + Lemcompte was very useful in surgical treatment of the complex anatomical correction of heart malformations, especially in some cases of double outlet right ventricle and complete transposition of the great arteries of the effective operation.
