摘要 目的 探討冠心病患者年齡、血糖（GLU）、血脂（BF）、超敏C反應蛋白（Hs-CRP）及冠狀動脈狹窄程度對血漿偶聯因數6(CF6)水準的影響。方法 所有患者均行冠脈造影，冠心病的診斷標準為至少一支冠脈血管狹窄程度大於50%，並用Gensini積分法評估冠脈病變狹窄程度。並於術前當日晨空腹取肘靜脈血用放射免役法測定血漿CF6含量，同時測定空腹GLU、BF和Hs-CRP水準。結果 冠心病患者CF6水準與年齡（r=0.102，p＞0.05）、甘油三酯（TG）（r=0.152，p＞0.05）、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）（r=0.052，p＞0.05）等無相關性，但與GLU（r=0.586，P＜0.05）、總膽固醇（TC）（r=0.325，P＜0.05）、Hs-CRP（r=0.322，P＜0.05）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)（r=0.406，P＜0.05）及冠脈狹窄積分（CASI）（r=0.734，P＜0.05）等呈正相關。結論 CF6的表達和釋放不受年齡、HDL-C、TG等的影響； 而GLU、TC、Hs-CRP、LDL-C及CASI等對CF6的表達和釋放均具有一定影響。

An analysis of the factors affecting the levels of coupling factor 6 in the patientswith coronary heart disease

Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of the age 、 blood glucose（GLU）、blood-fat（BF）、high-sensitive C-reactive protein（Hs-CRP） and the extents of coronary arterial stenosis on the levels of plasma coupling factor 6 （CF6）in coronary heart diseases. Methods Coronary heart disease patients were diagnosed by coronary angiography.The diagnostic criteria was that one of the coronary artery branches had a stenosis exceeded 50% at least,and to evaluate the extents of the coronary artery stenosis with Gensini integral. Their ulnar vein blood was taked on an empty stomach in the day of the operation, the concentrations of the CF6 was detected with method of radioimmunity and the concentrations of the GLU、BF、Hs-CRP was detected by the hospital’s inspection center.Results The levels of the CF6 had not a correlation with age（r=0.102，p＞0.05）and the concentrations of the TG( r=0.152，p＞0.05）、HDL-C （r=0.052，p＞0.05）,but that were positively correlated with the concentrations of the GLU（r=0.586，P＜0.05）、TC（r=0.325，P＜0.05）、Hs-CRP（r=0.322，P＜0.05）、LDL-C（r=0.406，P＜0.05） and the coronary arterial stenosis integral(CASI)（r=0.734，P＜0.05）. Conclusion The expression and the release of the CF6 had not been affected by age and the concentrations of theTG、HDL-C,But the concentrations of GLU、TC、LDL-C、Hs-CRP and the CASI had effect on the expression and release of CF6.
