摘要   高血壓嚴重危害人類的健康，現在許多研究表明高血壓病人，血壓越高，則血壓變异性越大，血壓變异性與終末器官損傷的關係尤爲密切，且獨立于絕對的血壓值。這對于高血壓的治療來說是一個很重要的結論。過去把降低平均血壓值作爲治療的最主要目的，現在不僅要降低平均血壓值，而且要降低血壓變异性，這對于器官保護來講具有更重要的意義。本文就血壓變异性的研究進展做一綜述。

Progress of blood pressure variability

Abstract  High blood pressure is very harmful to human healthy . Now many research indicated that in the patients of high blood pressure , the higher the blood pressure ,the larger the blood pressure variability  . The relationship  between blood pressure variability and endorgan damage  is very close , independently of absolute blood pressure values . This is a very important conclusion for the treatment of high blood pressure . In the past ,the main goal of treatment is to reduce  mean blood pressure values . But nowadays the goals of treatment should consider the reduction of both 24h mean blood pressure and its variability . This contributes importantly to the organ—protection . This article is a review about the progress of studying blood pressure variability .

連續血壓波動的存在過去曾早在18世紀就有報道，但是它們的臨床重要性未被重視，直到最近幾十年來，許多研究證實了血壓波動性與終末器官損傷及器官保護有密切聯繫，有關血壓變异性（blood pressure variability ,BPV）的研究才受到廣泛的關注，本文就血壓變异性的研究進展做一綜述。
