摘要 目的 研究老年男性代謝綜合征患者血脂聯素/瘦素比值的變化。方法 共256位大于60歲的老年男性患者入選，代謝綜合征組共109位，非代謝綜合征組共147位。代謝綜合征的診斷采用2004年中國糖尿病學會制定的標準；采用LINCO放射免疫試劑盒測定空腹血脂聯素、瘦素水平。結果 （1）老年男性代謝綜合征患者表現爲高瘦素、低脂聯素，其脂聯素/瘦素比值顯著高于非代謝綜合征組。（2）脂聯素/瘦素比值與體重指數、甘油三脂、尿酸、血糖、胰島素、胰島素抵抗指數、腹部內臟脂肪面積及代謝异常組分數均顯著負相關，而與高密度脂蛋白水平顯著正相關。結論 老年男性代謝綜合征患者存在高瘦素低脂聯素的特點，血脂聯素/瘦素比值可用于評價老年男性代謝紊亂程度，優于單獨使用血脂聯素或瘦素水平。

The change of adiponectin/leptin ratio in elderly men with metabolic syndrome

Abstract Objective To study the change of adiponectin/leptin(A/L) ratio in elderly men with metabolic syndrome. Methods A total of 256 elderly men (≥60 years) were enrolled and divided into metabolic syndrome group(n=109) and non metabolic syndrome group(n=147).Serum levels of adiponectin and leptin were measured by RIA(radiological immunological assay) and the A/L ratio was calculated. Result （1）The serum level of leptin was significantly increased while the level of adiponectin and A/L ratio was significantly decreased in metabolic syndrome group compared with non metabolic syndrome group.（2）A/L ratio was positively correlated with HDL-C and negatively correlated with BMI,TG,uric acid,FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR, abdominal visceral fat area and the number of metabolic abnormality. Conclusion The A/L ratio decreased in elderly men with metabolic syndrome. A/L ratio could be useful in evaluating the metabolic abnormality in elderly men .
