摘要　目的　瞭解心電監護健康手機在心電遠程監護的有用性。方法　選擇分布上海市、浙江省、江蘇省的100例受檢者，對其在辦公室、家中、公園、運動場、門診、病房等場所，采用心電監護健康手機遠程發送的心電信號進行觀察。結果　遠程監護檢獲的100例心電圖形清晰，能够正確辯認P、QRS、T波．從發送到接收分析咨詢服務信息時間，均在5分鐘以內。基本符合心電遠程監護要求。但有基綫飄移現象和干擾信號，建議予以改進。結論　心電監護健康手機用于心電遠程監護技術是一項實用、快速、簡便、心律失常的個人心電遠程監護方法，適當改進後，可推廣應用。

Abstract  Objective   To evaluate the utility of electrocardiographic monitoring health mobile phone .Methods In the office,home,park,sport room,clinic and in hospital from Shanghai ,Zhejiang  province and Jiangsu province , electrocardiographic signal of far-distance electrocardiac monitoring for 100 persons by the electrocardiographic monitoring health mobile phone was observed . Result   The far –distance electrocardiographic signal  from Shanghai ,Zhejiang  province ,Jiangsu province were clear and could  correctly recognize the waves  of  P,  QRS and T. The interval time form sended the electrocardiographic signal to received the  service information in the five minites.It is accord with the demands of far-distance electrocardiographic monitoring. But there are some basis line floated and moved and interfere of electrocardiographic signal .  So we suggested their engineer to improve the equipment .Conclusion The electrocardiographic monitoring health mobile is a practical, quickl , simple and convenient method of far –distance electrocardiographic monitoring on personal arrhythmia. After appropriate readjustment it will be popularize use.
