Recent aspect of portable TTECG in Japan

The portable transmission electrocardiogram (TTECG) has already been used in Japan in 1980's, and marketed.  However, it did not come to be used in general widely until recently.  The number of doctors who recognize the utility at last in the clinic in around 2000 increases, and the usefulness as medical equipment for general clinic is being established now.
In this time, I introduce the current state of the use of the portable TTECG in Japan around our experience.
