酒精緻心臟損傷機制的研究進展

摘要 近年研究發現,過量飲酒可以導致酒精性心肌病、心律失常、高血壓甚至猝死等多種心血管疾病。本文擬就酒精緻心臟損傷的分子及細胞學機製作一綜述。涉及乙醇誘導心肌氧化應激,影響心肌細胞內鈣調控及收縮機製而降低心肌舒縮功能,促進心肌細胞凋亡,損傷細胞器功能,以及乙醇可能通過增強一氧化氮-环磷酸鳥苷酸(NO-cGMP)代謝途徑,激活腎素-血管緊張素系統(RAS),影響鈉尿肽系統的合成和分泌造成心臟損傷等。過量飲酒造成的心臟損傷機制是複雜的,目前其具體機制仍未闡明,有待進一步研究。

The progress in the study on mechanism of alcohol-induced cardiac damage

Abstract Recent studies found that heavy alcohol consumption can induce alcoholic cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, hypertension, sudden death, and many kinds of cardiovascular diseases. This article summarizes mechanisms underlying the molecular and cellular effects of alcohol-induced myocardial injury. Ethanol can induce myocardial oxidative stress, altered calcium homeostasis,decreased myocardial contractile function, promoted apoptosis,induced intracellular organelle dysfunction,increased NO-cGMP pathway, activated RAS, and altered synthesis and secretion of natriuretic peptide. The mechanisms of ethanol-induced myocardial injury is complex and incompletely understood, further studies are needed to reveal more detail about these mechanisms.

酒是人類生活中的主要飲料之一,飲酒已經逐漸成為人類的一種文化。但是,過量飲酒卻有百害而無一利,它不僅損傷消化系統、神經系統,近年來發現酒精與一系列心血管疾病密切相關。本文旨在探討酒精在體內的代謝及酒精緻心臟損傷的分子及細胞學機制。
